If a product has clear and visible defects caused by transport damage on delivery, or if there is an error with the goods received, you can send us a fax +34 972 46 22 97 or e-mail info-es@discoverydream.com we will then collect the affected product/s, replace them or make a full refund.
We don't send to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla.
