Free deliveries for orders of 90.00€
There are generally two reasons for the return of orders or products:
1. Right of revocation:
Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, from 15 January, for the Ordenance of Retail Commerce, gives clients the right of revocation for the order requested in a time period of seven days from receiving the order. This must be made via notification to Yakoto Manegement S.L. (via fax +34 972 46 22 97 or e-mail: email@example.com), The client will be given a full refund. The order with all the products that are to be returned in addition to the original product packaging should be returned. If the product is faulty the client can also request a replacement product during those seven days.
2. Return due to faulty products, damages caused during transportation or errors with the dispatch:
On delivery, if there are visible and clear defects caused by transport that are perceivable without having to handle the delivery packaging or product packaging or if there is an error with the goods received, the client should notify Yakoto Manegement S.L (via fax +34 972 46 22 97 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receiving the product. This will set the product return process in motion and the corresponding replacement with a new product or full refund.
